Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Group General Manager to refine and implement strategies aimed at achieving a $50 million Profit After Tax (PAT) for the Metal Products Group.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key local executives in the steel and metal fabrication industry.
- Investment Opportunity Analysis:
- Identify and strategically prioritize target companies from a long list of investment opportunities.
- Collaboration Opportunities:
- Create and cultivate collaboration opportunities with identified target companies.
- Project Implementation:
- Gain a thorough understanding of identified projects and facilitate their implementation by coordinating with relevant members, including the New York corporate teams and Tokyo SBU members.
- Team Leadership:
- Inspire, enable, and empower teams to execute strategies with a sense of urgency to achieve success.
- Cross-Departmental Influence:
- Proactively influence agendas across departments to deliver outcomes while balancing short- and long-term objectives.
- Thought Leadership:
- Serve as a thought leader, contributing practitioner, career guide, and mentor to team members.
