Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Collaborate with the Group General Manager to refine and implement strategies aimed at achieving a $50 million Profit After Tax (PAT) for the Metal Products Group.
  2. Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key local executives in the steel and metal fabrication industry.
  3. Investment Opportunity Analysis:
    • Identify and strategically prioritize target companies from a long list of investment opportunities.
  4. Collaboration Opportunities:
    • Create and cultivate collaboration opportunities with identified target companies.
  5. Project Implementation:
    • Gain a thorough understanding of identified projects and facilitate their implementation by coordinating with relevant members, including the New York corporate teams and Tokyo SBU members.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Inspire, enable, and empower teams to execute strategies with a sense of urgency to achieve success.
  7. Cross-Departmental Influence:
    • Proactively influence agendas across departments to deliver outcomes while balancing short- and long-term objectives.
  8. Thought Leadership:
    • Serve as a thought leader, contributing practitioner, career guide, and mentor to team members.
