Talent Management Coordinator ($73,000-81,000)

 

Job Summary:

To provide assistance in coordinating training logistics, online learning content assignments and reporting, and development of new training initiatives. Provide support to other HR team members in the NY office with scheduling, and special events as requested.

 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Managers of Talent Management team in Talent & Culture Department in the research, maintenance, and creation of training and development programs across the Americas.
  • Coordinate training event logistics such as booking room/location, ordering catering, and preparing materials for a successful event.
  • Assist with the annual performance review process and maintenance of the performance management system.
  • Track all training and tuition reimbursement requests and payouts on an annual basis.
  • Create reports on training attendance, popular topics, and online course usage.
  • Analyze survey data and obtain feedback from participants and presenters after each event.
  • Provide support in design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials to support employee’s career development.

  • Research and recommend new training methods.
  • Provide support in coordinating special events as requested by other members of the HR.
  • Assist in special projects as requested.

 

 

Job Specific Knowledge/Skills & Abilities

Required:

  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of small and large groups of employees and managers in person or via Video Call.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred:

  • Adequate knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and familiarity with personality/behavioral assessments.
  • Knowledge of traditional and continuous performance management processes.

 

 

Education, Certification and Experience: 


Required:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or Related Field. In lieu of a degree, we will consider candidates with 3 to 5 years’ experience working in the Human Resource field.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.

 


Preferred:

  • Experience working with e-Learning platforms and HR systems such as Success Factors.

 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Hybrid work style (Minimum 2 days in the office/week)
