Job Summary: 
We are looking for a high caliber legal administrator with administrative support experience to join our legal team. The candidate will assist in maintaining our contract lifecycle management tool, Ironclad. In addition, they will support the team’s goals, current projects and handle day-today administrative duties. 

 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and update Workflows on Ironclad.
  • Organize and maintain contract files (electronically and hard copy) using Ironclad.
  • Assist on developing contract management best practices and implement contract management process throughout subsidiary companies
  • Process new agreements for review by legal counsel and approval through various departments (using the contract management process).
  • Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions.
  • Respond to internal contract inquiries; provide internal business partners contract details.
  • Provide general support and assistance to legal counsel.
  • Maintain document database system (iManage), entity management system (hCue).
  • Support with E-billing matter management tool (Legal Tracker).
  • Book travel for attorneys and submit expense reports on behalf of attorneys (Concur).
  • Maintain training calendar for all internal/external trainings provided by SCOA Legal Department.
  • Maintain Legal Liaison list (legal contacts within SC Group companies).
  • Utilize Monday.com to manage individual projects and group projects.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. 

 

 

Job Specific Knowledge/Skills & Abilities


Required:

  • Demonstrable proficiency with contract management software
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and the ability to efficiently prioritize.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with a focus on details.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Operational experience with legal spend and legal related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and globally, with the ability to consult, build relationships, and/or indirectly influence enterprise-wide or cross-functional teams 

 

 

Education, Certification and Experience: 


Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role 

 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Hybrid work style (2 days in office and 3 days remote work)
