Provides support to the overall Financial Planning & Analysis function and has a key role in producing certain periodic reports. The function will also support the annual Budget process and may be utilized in other specialized tasks as well, such as market intelligence or credit control. Typically an entry-level function with limited experience.
· Collaborate and communicate directly with subsidiaries’ management to prepare reporting. Make recommendations to Tubular management on subsidiaries’ financial performances.
· Analyze & monitor inventory level, accounts receivable, accounts payable, turns, cost, P/L & B/S for the Group.
· Coordinate budget reporting processes with the investment entities. Review consolidation results and work with business units and subsidiaries on necessary adjustments.
· Participate in the development of the budget at business units and in achieving targeted sales objectives.
· Establish forecast assumptions and provide trend analysis. Work with management members to analyze historical trends and recommend future assumptions/figures.
· Utilize systems and data to develop meaningful financial analysis that supports the business unit in analyzing, measuring and supporting company strategies.
· Key contributor to the A/R and credit management process. This may include: monitoring oil and gas industry key statistics; preparing AR compliance reports and analyzing public comparable company data.
· Monitor energy and metals industry key statistics and prepare summary reporting for management; maintain statistics reports and database for group’s analytical needs. Analyze public comparable company data and report to management members.
· Complete special projects as assigned.

· Knowledge of financial and managerial accounting.

· Requires basic knowledge of inventory management systems such as Oracle, SAP, iTIMS, etc. specific to purchasing, sales and inventory control modules.
· Must have a basic understanding of inventory accounting and other general accounting processes. Applicant should understand the basic material management process from order placement through material shipments.
· Capacity to analyze project environments and provide alternative pragmatic solutions.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
<Required>
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting.
· Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in financial data analysis or subsidiary business management.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, required to sit for extended periods of time while performing job duties, frequently operates standard office machines with hands and eyes.
